What you need

tbsp almond milk

tbsp canola oil

maple syrup

cup dark brown sugar

cup pumpkin puree

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp salt

tsp aluminum-free baking powder

tsp baking soda

cup all purpose flour
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Whisk together dry ingredients in a medium bowl. In large bowl mix the wet ingredients. Add dry to wet and mix only until combined (don’t overman). Spoon into silicone mini muffin pan. Optional: top with mini choc chips Bake for ~15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
