What you need
cup buffalo sauce

extra firm tofu

cup cracker

cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
*Make sure your tofu is pressed. If you skip this step, your bites wonāt get as crispy and may even fall apart in the whole process. **For the cracker crumbs, You can either use a food processor or break them up by hand in a gallon size plastic bag and a rolling pin. The finer ground, the better so they stick to your tofu! 1. Cut your tofu block into larger rectangles (about 9 pieces). 2. Place half of cracker crumbs on a plate and milk into a bowl. I recommend not putting all your cracker crumbs on the plate at first because they will start to get a little soggy and you will want to replace them halfway through. 3. Dip you tofu into some milk and then coat in cracker crumbs. (You may have to roll it a round a bit). 4. AIR FRY for 12-14 minutes at 400F until golden brown and crispy on the outside. 5. Dip your crispy tofu bite into buffalo sauce. AIR FRY again for ~5 min (or as long as needed) until itās crispy again on the outside. 6. Serve with some vegan ranch and enjoy!View original recipe
